SUPPER CLUB
After a fantastic first Supper Club with Paesano Pasta in April, we’re delighted to welcome excellent local kitchen The Little Sri Lankan to Haunt for two nights only, Monday 10th & Tuesday 11th June.
The Little Sri Lankan’s motto is “Share Food, Spread Love” – so we know we’re in for something really special. They’re all about authentic family recipes, made with heart! See the menu below.
MEET MALANIE & MICHAEL
Born in Colombo, Malanie moved to Britain as a child. She grew up helping her Ammie (mother) and family cook Sri Lankan dishes for parties and celebrations. Recipes were taught, not with exact measurements, but by what each type of dish should look, smell and taste like.
Their recipes have all been passed down through the family – aunts, cousins, parents and grandparents (with each adding their own little twists along the way, of course)!
Malanie and Michael love to share their family dishes, bringing Sri Lankan cuisine to the people Manchester. We can’t wait to welcome them and taste everything for ourselves!
